By using this site, you  hereby confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

Under European GDPR law governing the storage and use of individually identifiable information

My web host, Godaddy Europe, stores IP logs of every visit to this site by default. Your agreement about this is with them and not me, the site owner.

The information collected about you is via a small text file created on your device called a cookie and that is for the purposes of confirming you have seen the banner window and therefore agreed these terms. It also stops the banner annoyingly popping up on every page refresh!

Only when you register for updates on the site from the blog or click the checkbox on the contact form do I know anything about your true identity. You may subscribe at any time either by contacting me or by using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email you receive.

The only other information gathered is via a Google Analytics cookie and is for my purposes only and may be used to track unique visits and navigation between pages. This is mostly aggregated with other visitor data. Clearing karimahmed.com site cookies in your web browser or using an "Incognito" window will prevent me from continuing to do so.

This information will not be shared with third parties and you will not be targeted with advertising by others, based upon your past visit history to my site, as many others do.

Extension of English law covering illegal activity

You agree not to use any information you read on the site with nefarious or illegal objectives.

Material on the site that is allegedly illegal

I am not knowingly aware that there is anything of this nature(or will be in the future). It is important to note that the true identities of any individuals referred to is only disclosed my me by prior agreement and any inferences about links to the true identities of unnamed individuals are considered subjective, unless it can be proven otherwise to my satisfaction, with full details of how that link has been inferred.

If you still consider there is anything illegal, then you hereby agree to contact me directly with any such allegations to allow discussion and possible rectification in the first instance. You will detail all pages with URLs(addresses at the top of the browser window) and a copy of the specific text you have issue with and why.

Making allegations to any third party(including the police), in the first instance will be treated as an illegal or nefarious activity under the section above.

Having followed the above instructions, if you still feel that I have legal a case to answer, then I accept you then have the legal right to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body(only). Even then, if you are such a body(you are still a legal "individual" under the law), you agree to follow the above in the first instance.

If there is anything that you don't understand and agree to above then you hereby agree not to view or use the site until you have clarified it by contacting me with your question(s) about such, received my email response and then confirmed that you now understand everything above by email.
